Classic Concierge is a service offered to aid our travel agent partners with booking items outside of a standard reservation or beyond the scope of the Contact Center’s contracted services to help complete our mutual clients’ itinerary and travel experience.

Classic Concierge is available Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. (PST).

Yes, there are a few conditions to utilize Classic Concierge’s services :

  • Classic must book the hotel in the destination and during the requested date of the desired service(s).
  • The reservation must be a minimum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).
  • The reservation must be deposited to request services through Concierge.

Requests must be submitted with enough time to confirm the requested service(s). Therefore, no requests will be accepted within ten days of your clients’ departure.

Requests will be confirmed in order of priority by departure date. Ideally, any requests will be processed within 45 – 60 days of departure, depending upon the volume of requests received.

All rail/train requests should be booked or requested through the Contact Center before submitting a request through Classic Concierge. We only process requests if the Contact Center is unable to confirm the service.

Requests must be submitted with enough time to confirm availability and, especially, requested times. Therefore, no rail/train requests will be accepted within eighteen days of your clients’ departure.

Ideally, any rail/train requests will be processed within 45 – 60 days of departure, depending upon the volume of requests received.

Any services confirmed through Classic Concierge for your clients are non-commissionable.
