Classic Rail FAQ



All rail requests should be booked or requested through the Contact Center before submitting a request through Classic Concierge. We only process requests if the Contact Center is unable to confirm the service. Routes available in the contact center may be reviewed here.

Requests must be submitted with enough time to confirm the requested service(s). Therefore, no requests will be serviced within 14 days of your clients’ departure.

Rail booked through Classic Concierge may only be added to bookings with deposit on file and is due at time of booking.

Classic only books point-to-point rail tickets. Classic does not book rail passes or overnight tickets.

We do require that the clients have a hotel in, either, the departing or arrival destinations.

Ticketing will be completed in order of priority by departure date within 45-90 days of service date, depending upon the season.

Please note that rail is non-commissionable.

Once ticketed, rail is non-refundable, non-changeable and not covered by Classic’s Travel Smart Plan.
