How to Create a Custom Proposal
Custom Proposals are a tool for Travel Advisors to create custom proposals to share with their clients. To use the Custom Proposals, you must be a Travel Advisor with an account on ClassicVacations.com.
Step 1
Login to ClassicVacations.com
If you don’t have an account, you can easily create one with your ARC# and Email Address.
Here’s the registration page:

Step 2
Customize your Private Label
Custom Proposals are designed to work with your Private Label. Go to the Private Label page in Classic Assist, upload your logo, and provide the contact information you would like to display on your Custom Proposals. If you do not have a logo, we will provide a generic travel logo.

Step 3
Select a Hotel
To start a Custom Proposal, use the Hotels tab on ClassicVacations.com. Select your client’s destination, find a hotel you’d like to recommend, and click the heart. Type the name of the list you’d like to create, or add the hotel to one of your existing lists.

Step 4
Add More Stuff
Continue adding Hotels, Tours and Destinations as you browse ClassicVacations.com. Don’t worry about selecting too many items. You can always move things around and delete items when you edit your list.

Step 5
Edit & Customize
Use the login dropdown menu to go to the Proposal Manager. Find your list and select the “edit” icon. From there, you can add your comments, add booking buttons, re-order the items in your list, and delete unwanted items. Save and preview your work when you’re done.

Step 6
Share
Click the "share" icon in your Proposal Manager. E-mail to your client, create a PDF or post to your favorite Social Media account.
