Time permitting, enjoy an optional visit to the Karen Blixen Museum and Giraffe Manor for a view of the rare Rothschild giraffe (additional cost).

Day 2

Nairobi / Amboseli National Park

Morning fly to the Amboseli National Park. Transfer to Tortilis Camp, where you will be greeted by the beauty of Africa’s largest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. Tortilis Camp consists of 17 traditional en-suite tents built raised above the ground with spacious verandahs and one family unit. Activities include game drives, bush walks, sundowners, cultural visits to the nearby Manyatta, massage and a swimming pool. There are over 1000 elephants in the parks eco-system, featuring some of the largest elephants in Africa. (BLD)

Day 3

Amboseli National Park

Full day for game viewing activities in the Amboseli National Park. Tortilis Camp is located in a pristine area on the southwest border of the park, renowned for having the best views of the mountain. While game driving, you have access to both the National Park and the private Kitirua conservancy. (BLD)

Day 4

Amoseli / Loisaba Conservancy

Morning fly to Loisaba Conservancy, featuring stunning views across Laikipia Plains to Mt. Kenya. The Loisaba Tented Camp’s spacious and airy tents can be left open to the elements to catch the gentle breezes. High ceilings, polished wooden floors and contemporary African styling provide a sumptuous setting when not exploring Loisaba.

And in the warmth of the African sun, the view from one of Africa’s most picturesque infinity pools is simply amazing. Activities include day & night game drives in comfortable open sided 4WD game viewing vehicles, guided bush walks with experienced resident guides, horse riding, camel trekking, fishing, lion tracking, bush breakfasts & sundowners and cultural visits to genuine tribal ceremonies & local markets. (BLD)

Day 5

Loisaba Conservancy

Framed by the Rift Valley, Mount Kenya, the Aberdares and the Ewaso Nyiro River, Laikipia is a multifaceted ecosystem with many micro environments, ranging from riverine bush and escarpment walls to high plains, that ensure a wealth and variety of wildlife. It is also currently home to the largest population of elephant in Kenya, with Loisaba serving as a key migration corridor. Laikipia boasts Kenya’s most stable lion population, as well as the seldom seen Greater Kudu and Wild Dog, and endemic northern Kenya species such as the gerenuk and Grevy’s Zebra, alongside a wealth of other wildlife. (BLD)

Day 6

Loisaba Conservancy / Mara North Conservancy

Fly to the Masai Mara. Arrive and transfer to your camp with game viewing en route. Elephant Pepper Camp is located in the Mara North Conservancy, a beautiful private wilderness area of more than 74,000 acres. It is a vital part of the Masai Mara ecosystem as it forms the north-western zone, bordering the Masai Mara National Reserve in the south of Kenya. Small and very exclusive, the camp is located away from other lodges in the heart of the African bush. With just seven comfortably furnished, double en-suite tents and one honeymoon tent, Elephant Pepper Camp offers the ultimate luxury bush safari with the sights and sounds of nature and all the luxuries you need. Activities include day and night game drives, bush walks, bush meals and sundowners. Early morning and late afternoon are the most productive hours for game drives and our safari customized 4WD vehicles give everyone a perfect view. Watching wildlife at close range, but without encroaching on their space, is endlessly fascinating and the guides’ instincts and experience provide superb photo opportunities of wild animals. (BLD)

Day 7

Mara North Conservancy

Enjoy a full day in the Masai Mara with game viewing activities. Within the prime game-viewing area of Mara North Conservancy, the small traditional safari camp blends into the wilderness and offers seclusion away from other lodges. Extended game drives which continue into the evening make game viewing a complete experience. A game drive into the Masai Mara National Reserve is also available. (BLD)

Day 8

Mara North Conservancy / Depart Nairobi

After a last game drive in the Masai Mara, fly back to Nairobi, where a day room is provided before you transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
