Ruben is a very knowledgeable tour guide. He showed all the places and explained their significance. His wife and he are very good hosts and cooked delicious food for lunch.

Teotihuacan est un lieu tellement culte du Mexique ! Ces pyramides sont à voir dès l’instant où vous aller dans ce beau pays

It was an interesting and informative morning. Note that due to COVID (as of Sep 2021) you can't climb the pyramids, thought it it didn't take away for me personally. Ruben was my one on one tour guide and he was very knowledgeable of the area from experience living in it. I learned a lot and it was also just great conversation. Afterwards we went to a local restaurant run by his wife and himself for lunch. The meal was delicious and was really a nice end to the tour. I highly recommend this tour as a private tour with Ruben especially!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They didn’t show up to pick us up after booking with them a month before our trip. They misunderstood a booking detail and instead of trying to make accommodate the mistake they tried to charge us the same price for only a portion of the trip. They were extremely unprofessional, wasted over 2 hours of our trip, and were a real disappointment. They didn’t even bother to pick up the phone when I or Trip Advisor called.

The driver was experienced and the ride was smooth.
Our tour guide was also a history teacher and grew up locally, so his experience and knowledge was deep. He shared a lot of information in a few hours. We really got a sense of the place and its history across the centuries.
A lot of great views - this was our first time visiting and a lifelong dream to see pyramids in person. It would have been nice to know what wasn't open due to the pandemic. We would have still gone but would not have gotten our hopes up.
The restaurant was great - we really liked the local food experience.
