We meet on the street. Chef will be wearing a black chef coat,Not wheelchair accessible,Service animals allowed,Near public transportation,Not recommended for travelers with back problems,No heart problems or other serious medical conditions,Gratuities (optional) are not included in the price,Please arrive 10 minutes early. Once the tour leaves the starting point we cannot catch you up as it is a moving tour and guides choose their own routes.,Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level,This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers,Face masks required for travelers in public areas,Face masks required for guides in public areas,Hand sanitizer available to travelers and staff,Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas,Gear/equipment sanitized between use,Guides required to regularly wash hands,COVID-19 vaccination required for guides,Note that we follow State law on our mask policy. Team Eric!!! Our Chef Eric was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable. We tried some of the markets best. Everything moved so smoothly. We were with our 71 year old grandmother and Eric was accommodating while she walked slowly. We also had food allergies that Chef Eric accommodated along with the shops. This tour is for everyone even if you have food allergies or don’t eat meat.

What a great way to spend a morning and get to know Pike’s Place Market! Chef John was a fantastic, entertaining and knowledgeable guide! He introduced us to regional specialties and how to navigate the market. We tasted so many delicious foods!
My only regret is that we didn’t do this tour as soon as we arrived in Seattle!

Eat Seattle was my 1st ever Foodie Tour and boy was my tummy & tastebuds satified!?? Our Group of 8 was talentedly led by CHeF EriC who named our group #TeamEric. Our 2.30 hour tour, whose duration was extended by our gracious tourguide pastry/bread chef, included 10 delectable samples from local eateries located in the charming Pike St Market Place.
From a delicious thick, warm Mocha slightly tainted with peppermint served with a piece of dark chocolate as a starter, CHeF EriC went on to treat our tastesbuds with homemade flagship mac & cheese peppered penne; real greek yogurt with a berry sauce; marketplace new england clam chowder that was definately NOT stingy with the fresh clams; BBQ pork on coleslaw; famous sausage; perfectly grilled salmon, chocolate cherries, honest bisquits, and closed off with a lesson on the cacao bean and how its grown and a warm cookie.

Chef John did an amazing job of this tour. We loved learning about the market and snacking. Highly recommend this tour of you want to get to know the market better. Lots of laughs and great food/tips!
