Took our money while they were not even operating. Now they aren’t replying to our messages regarding refunds. Shame on you!

We had a day trip via our Silversea Muse Cruise There was about 20 of us picked up from the port & taken to the private island for snorkelling & lunch Whilst it was hot and steamy plenty of shade We were given a snorkelling tour off the island & then had a BBQ & a talk on the benefit of a coconut tree Best part was the talented singers who encouraged all the mob into a singalong back to the ship , great fun

The crew is fantastic even there was a small reservation mistake which we was not informed in advance until we called the office directly the day before activity. And was told they would not operate on the day we booked due to bad weather. If the staff can contact us first instead of calling by ourself would be perfect. Other than that the cruise experience itself is fantastic . I would highly suggest you to call by phone double confirm your reservation before you departure ( even you got Expedia voucher already) The boarding time is bit later than other group, I think it’s good to stay away from other tours big group. And can fully enjoy Fiji style welcoming when boarding. All staff are nice, supportive, kind and super entertaining. If you are Not fond of big crowd, party club style and just want to enjoy Fijian passion and real nature creature. Oolala (savala iskand operated) could be your best choice! They welcoming us with music, homemade cake on boat. The most important th

A good family day out. Safe for littlies. Friendly, attentive staff. Lovely fresh food. Endless supply of drinks. Coral Beach so need thongs. Snorkelling fun. Coral is looking sad however, but then that’s off most islands now closer to Denarau. Kayaks. Paddle boards. Island itself needs a little attention- suggest new chairs and Bure roof re doing. Otherwise a VERY RELAXING FUN DAY OUT.

We had a wonderful day out with Wesley, Bubu, Sabastian and the Oolala crew out to Savala Island. We boarded our boat at Port Denarau at around 9:20am and the cruise to Savala took around 1.5 hours. During that time we had some delicious homemade local pineapple cakes and a giant esky/cooler filled with beers, wine, champagne, soft drinks, juices and water so we had plenty of refreshments. The boat itself had two large nets at the front where you could lie on bean bags and get a tan while taking in the scenery. It was a nice relaxing start to the day. Once we arrived at the island, our group of 14 essentially had the whole island to ourselves. We started off with a guided snorkelling tour led by Wesley. All snorkelling gear was supplied and he took us out a few hundred metres out to sea. There were water noodles for flotation and Oolala had boats on standby in the event that anyone started to struggle or got tired. What was really exceptional was that since my wife couldn't swim but wa
