90 minutes of waiting to learn that the tour operator canceled his tour without warning. Unspeakable.

Very good tour, mud pools and gardens were amazing. Tour guide was very informative and helpful. Good way to start our holiday

Pros: -Private car that picks you up from the hotel and takes you from one sight to the next so it's easy breezy. -The mud bath was best part with Pools #2 and #3 being the nicest w/the warmest water. -The gardens are pretty and walkable but beware of mosquitoes (they do give you bug spray) -The Indian temple was colorful and different but, IMO, boring and skippable. Cons: -You don't get much guidance - i.e. at mud bath, you're not told that Pool #1 has a very slippery bottom as it i's actually a pond and you're stepping on mossy rocks. You're not told to use the outdoor shower between Pool #1 and #2. You're not told to bring a towel as none will be supplied to you. -the village visit which is the last part of the tour is essentially a come-on to buy trinkets made by the families living there. you're not pushed to do so but you feel guilty that these people are so poor and you're so blessed to be able to vacation in Fiji that you buy something you neither want nor need. the savi

We book the tour on 5 Nov. Nobody came to pick up at 9am as agreement. When we call them they lied that they came to pick up us on 4 Nov !!! Later at 11am they send an old taxi with the driver to come to take us, the car is very old and smelly, no water provided as advertised. The taxi driver was very nice and honest guy, he told us that today the tour company don't have any other guests except us so they cancel the tour and lied to us that they came yesterday !!! They paid the taxi drive only 60 FJD for whole the tour + entrance fees so total around 140 FJD when we paid them 240 FJD and expecting much better service.
