Overview
Back in 1971, Americans Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first Hard Rock Cafe in London. Their landlord didn’t think they could pull it off, so he granted them a three-month lease. How wrong that landlord was. Today, the franchise - which includes cafes, casinos and hotels - can be found in more than 63 countries. The franchise owns the world's greatest collection of music memorabilia, and you can see it on display at its locations around the globe. Traveler Reviews

Air conditioning was broken. Not enough fans in building to cool. Bathrooms were not clean. Waitress was pleasant. Food was ok.

All-Access worthless! 1 hour wait at 11:30 am when restaurant opened at 11 am! No priority with all access card. 0bviously need more staff due to pandemic. They should have a sign that states limited seating. Phillips next door had no wait and plenty of staff!!

We go to a lot of Hard Rocks around the world this one is top notch! Great staff, food and atmosphere. The mangers went out their way make us feel comfortable. The food was good as always. Love the nachos.

My wife and I stopped by the Hard Rock Cafe on the waterfront in downtown Baltimore to enjoy some dessert as the evening began to set. Matthew was our waiter and he was the best part of the visit. Don't get me wrong, the desserts were phenomenal (I had cheesecake and she had the ice cream brownie) but Matthew made the visit an absolute joy. He went out of his way to get a bowl of water for my wife's service dog, Roxie. His demeanor and attitude were both professional and charming, quite welcome after a day spent on the freeway. Thanks to the Hard Rock and Matthew!

Very limited menu with outdoor dining at the pier. The food was good when it finally arrived, but took a ridiculously long time to be made. Prices were high for what you got, $9 for a kids hot dog and fries. Lots of other choices in the Inner Harbor, not sure I’d go back here.
