Traveler Reviews

We had a great time on this adventure. It was a well planned trip around the lagoon including time with the Manatees. Seeing and hearing about the history and importance of this body of water was interesting for sure. Paddling through the mangroves was a neat experience as well! On the way out into the bay, we were diverted to see a newly beached boat which brought about some good conversation and knowledge for all of us. This tour delivered entirely on its promise and being able to just float around and watch the Manatees sun themselves and swim around was really something. The guides were engaging and even remembered all of our names! I cant remember a name 2 seconds after I hear it!! And the staff was thoughtful and paid attention to how many people were in the registration/shop area at any time, which was nice to see. Definitely worth the ticket!

We loved watching the Manatee there such beautiful creatures thank you for a good time. We will be sure to suggest this excursion to friends that are coming to Florida

Great experience - our guide was super knowledgeable and was wonderful to take the tour with! Lots to see on this tour

The experience of kayaking w the manatees was wonderful. What wasn’t wonderful was looking at the bare buttocks of our guide on her stand up paddle board. The guide was a beautiful young lady who was appropriately dressed until we got out in the water where she removed her clothing to expose her butt in a backless bikini and hiked up her T-shirt. Kayaking behind her was very distracting and i found myself watching her and worrying about my husbands eyes more than enjoying nature. VKOC—please have your staff dress professionally, wear life jackets and clothing. It could have been an excellent experience.

The whole experience was so fun! Our guide was amazing and he told us many facts about the lagoon, the manatees and the other wildlife around. We slowly paddled around and saw many manatees swimming or just chilling in the surface. Fantastic experience!
