The worst . Didn’t even get to go on our trip because nobody seemed to help out where to go . We called and missed our trip and they didn’t want to refund us our money back . No thanks . Don’t buy tickets here. Buy them at Bayside personally . We got ripped off .

Tour guide was entertaining. Tour was not as advertised. Did not see Coral Gables. Stop at 3-4 retail places I left benefits the tour guide. He should not say the best mojito In town was in a burger joint, that wasn’t even open. Only got a watered down mojito???
And spent too much time escorting us through the Bayside into a restaurant everyone did not want to go to. Just to hold us hostage for our boat tickets.

with the covid protocols all over town is incredible that the bus was so filthy you need to clean an sanitize the unit every day to protect us we found used mask all over the place

We had a great time exploring the city, it was definitely worth the money spent. it’s a must that people take the tour
