Traveler Reviews

I enjoyed the driver Justin doing a great job of giving the very current history of the damage caused by hurricane Ida, as well as past information about Katrina. The history of the city from the start was very informative as we drove to see the points of interest. Funny stories to boot - great trip!

It was nice to have someone knowledgeable about the city drive us around instead of trying to figure it out on our own! Our driver was entertaining and friendly! I highly recommend this tour.

My sister and I were looking forward to This tour but after tons of miscommunication it never picked us up! We didn’t have it get us at our hotel but instead went to where they sell the ticket for the tour and it didn’t even stop there. Even the guy that was working was perplexed. But, what made it worse was then a lady called me and was like we’ve been trying to call you all afternoon and when I said no one has called, I have texted y’all as sent you a message through Viator she was rude. I’m still waiting on a refund.

I have been to New Orleans a number of times, but been this place or that. This was a great overview and you got the feel for where things were. Got to see some great places I haven't seen before in areas I have been.

Justin our tour guide was very entertaining and informative. He made the experience very memorable. Would definitely do again
