Jimmy was an awesome guide and chef throughout our whole tour. The 7 course meal throughout the day was paired finely with all the wine tasting. The little extras throughout the day and the amazing service made the tour so fun and memorable !

Fantastic Day Trip!
Super organized and a wonderful surprises happening all day.
Lovely Venues and made so very welcome everywhere.
Jimmy runs a fabulous trip.
We can't speak highly enough of it.
As frequent travelers we really appricate the ''polished planning'' and will certainly been bringing a group along next trip.

The Hunter Valley Gourmet Food tour was sensational. Jimmy was the perfect host, tour guide and chef extraordinare. Starting off at the Fish Markets, then onto Brooklyn for a perfectly cooked breakfast, sushi making class in a beautiful location. His knowledge of the Hunter was amazing and the wine-paring with the food made it an experience to remember. A terrific day. 100% recommendation. Thanks again Jimmy. Louise and friends.

Jimmy was a very interactive and pleasant tour guide. He was attentive to when we wanted to move on to different places, well prepared and cooked amazing food. The stops on the trip were smaller wineries, so it was great to go there as we wouldn't have known about them otherwise. Jimmy provided hand santiser and made sure we followed COVID restrictions at every stop. Overall, the tour was a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone!
