We booked this tour from Australia on line. We got confirmation of the tour . It was magical Auckland by night. We were meant to be picked up from our hotel and they knew our pick up hotel. We were spending 2 nights in Auckland and then moving on to Rotorua.They never turned up. No explanation was given. We were refunded our money, but our precious evening was simply wasted. No sorry email from the organisers - Kiwi Segway tours. I would not recommend anyone use them.

Big Mix Up!! we were supposed to be picked up at 7 PM,waited til 7:10 concierge calls,no answer and no one ever shows up. The concierge called the day before and left a voice message,as I was standing there,no one answered the phone.He left My name,booking #,hotel and time to be picked up;from my paperwork I printed out from panoramic tour.Anyway..guess it wasn’t meant to be.Went to a ramen house and food was “tasty”.

We took the Magical Auckland at Night tour and had an awesome experience! Our guides, Karyn and Andre, were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and accommodating. Great way to see Auckland’s major sites with no crowds. Lots of time for pictures too. Highly recommended for a first night in town experience.

Since I arrived after 5 pm in Auckland and had to leave early morning tomorrow, it was good choice for me to choose night tour program. Even though it was a little dark and not many people and things, especially Sunday night time, they were very friendly and kind. At that time, I was the only guest, but they tried to give many explanation about New Zealand as possible as they Could and they were so friendly. Thank you for introducing a lot about New Zealand and Auckland!
