We had an amazing experience with Karyn and Andre. Their customer service was the best and by far blew away the other tours we took on our trip. They paid close attention to detail and converted our tour from group to private with our party of six. We also used them for our airport transfer in which they assisted us all the way to the security checkpoint. A complete and warm experience.

My husband and I were visiting New Zealand for our honeymoon and booked the hobbiton tour from Auckland. I was very impressed with Karyn and Andre. They picked us up from our hotel, they had water ready for us and offered to stop anywhere if we needed food or drink. It was a very enjoyable experience talking to them on the ride down! When they picked us up they had local snacks for us since we were not from the area. They thought of things for us to do and see on the way back from Hobbiton. They then even made sure we got hokey pokey ice cream because we had heard so much about it. These two people are one of a kind! I have never had someone take soooo much interest and go above and beyond the service that they were hired for. Will recommend them to anyone and when we come back will ONLY use them.
