A half-day tour was more than adequate to see the different areas of the city. Especially enjoyed visiting “Little Havana.”

We called to confirm our hotel pick up gave our location two days prior. Saturday comes we checked out of hotel, and we waited 40 mins and still no one showed up. When we called they told us they emailed me to change the pick up location and said I only had 15 mins to make it to a location 35 mins away. They ended up canceling our tour and told us we were not getting a refund because they emailed me. I’m still waiting on that email . The right thing to do was a proper refund instead of saying they sent an email. Horrible customer service. Will not recommend to anyone.

Tour di Miami con Five Lands Transport eccellente! Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto: l’itinerario, la scelta dei luoghi da visitare. La guida, il Sig. Roberto Valenti, molto preparato, cordiale e molto disponibile. Sicuramente, quando tornerò a Miami e dintorni, lui Sara nuovamente il nostro driver. Consiglio un tour non solo di Miami, ma di tutta la Florida con Five Lands Transport!
