Overview
After the tasting of 5 Alsace wines and the visit of our century-old cask cellar, you can sit down at the table for the meal. You will enjoy a seasonal soup as a starter, followed by a vegetable quiche accompanied by raw vegetables and end your meal with a portion of kougelhopf and its biebelaskaas (Alsatian white cheese) with jam with a coffee or tea. Your meal will be served in the old cellar of the House, which has now become a "Bar à Manger" area. For children a menu of knacks, vegetable chips, drink and dessert is available. You can also not register the children and they will choose a menu on the spot! This year, following the organic conversion of our estate, we have renovated our cellar and are taking advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity: a film on our rather rich personal history, and on our working philosophy. All projected in the cellar, on 180 ° century-old oak barrels, allowing the public to find themselves in total immersion in our history. A unique scenographic space in France.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E738_j7pwgAStop At: • Zeyssolff - Au Peche Vigneron, 156 route de Strasbourg, 67140 Gertwiller FranceSample Menu • Seasonal soup • Vegetable quiche with raw vegetables and salads • Part of Kougelhopf with its biebelaskaas with jam and coffee / tea - Kougelhopf (Alsatian brioche)Biebelaskaas (Alsatian cream cheese) • Children's menu - Menu knacks, vegetable chips, drink and dessert is offered. Traveler Reviews
