During your visit to our cellar, you will learn the secrets of wine making, while contemplating the natural spaces where ZEYSSOLFF wines are born and aged. A commented tasting of 5 wines and a picnic basket will complete the formula.Maison ZEYSSOLFF is an exceptional cellar, with around twenty century-old oak casks each with a capacity of 10,000L. His great curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris (1900) and still in use today.This year, following the full biological conversion of Maison Zeyssolff, we have renovated the cellar and are taking advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity: a scenographic space with 180 ° immersive video projected on barrels.It's a film about Our rather rich personal history, and Our philosophy of work. All projected in the cellar with mapping on certain sequences. Bella visita di una cantina ancora un po' rustica, vera, non svenduta ai tour numerosi di visitatori.
Il proprietario, gentilissimo, ha messo tutti a proprio agio e le spiegazioni, supportate da filmati molto coinvolgenti (specie quello della storia famigliare) hanno soddisfatto le curiosità dei partecipanti.
Anche la possibilità di spuntini o pranzetti, completano l'offerta Zeyssolff.

Great family winery, with a fun approach to telling the history and process of wine making. The wine was great and so were the picnic baskets. We left with several bottles.

It was a fantastic experience for us! We learned a lot about wine making in general and about the winery itself. The picknick basket was great and everybody was really courteous.

Très bon moment passé. Nous avons été pris en charge par Olivier pour la dégustation et la visite, un vrai passionné très sympathique ! L’ensemble de l’équipe a été très accueillante et vraiment aimable. Des bons vins et une bonne expérience
