They were awesome and they were generous with allowing me to use one of their electric scooters. I've used electric scooters before and man can I tell you theirs were fast. The staff was great and the dive was great as well. I was a little nervous to dive with Seals, but they made me feel comfortable and I had a relaxing dive. Maui is my go to island, but i'd go back to Oahu just to dive with them again. Thanks much Trident!

“Best of the best” may sound trite but it is true in this case for Trident Adventures. Steve the owner and Capt Mark and the whole crew of dive staff absolutely crushed it for us. My brother-in-law and I have each done dozens of dives, in all types of places and we both agree that this outfit was the best of them all. The focus from the start was on both safety and customer experience. Trident thought of everything from ensuring ALL divers of different levels of expertise got exactly what they needed for our early morning 2-tank dive. From those getting certified to seasoned divers, all received appropriate personal attention. Steve takes only about half the capacity of the boat in divers to ensure we receive maximum support and a comfortable experience. Each well-trained, fun and passionate dive master on the boat had only 4 of us in the group which was a perfect number. I've done almost 200 dives in resort areas around the world, and Trident is the best by far that I've ever gone out with. Just a few highlights: - Free use of DPVs (Dive Propulsion Vehicles) - those hand-held propeller devices that let you zip around wherever you want. Warning: these will ruin scuba diving for you - you'll never want to dive without one! - Fantastic customer service, from the dive masters to the captain (Captain Mark was awesome!) to the folks in the store. Steve, the owner, goes out on all the dives just for fun (He's "retired" from the Seals, and runs this and his half-dozen other businesses for fun) - No cattle dives here, unlike many other outfits in Hawaii. He only takes about half the boat's capacity, and provides a dive-master/guide for every 4 divers. - Top-notch equipment in fantastic shape What are you waiting for? Stop reading and just book it already!

Fair warning: Once you dive with Trident Adventures you will not want to dive with anyone else. I’ve been diving for 30 years and have never encountered a better operation. Our group had 5 certified divers, 1 diver getting certified, and 2 snorkelers so we got to experience everything. As a mom safety is my #1 concern. Because the instructors at Trident are so outstanding I had zero worries. We planned to dive for 1 day and needed up diving for 3 because we just couldn’t say no to more fun. Our two snorkelers also had an amazing time and I knew they were in good hands while I enjoyed my dive. Thank you Trident for making our vacation outstanding! Honestly, this is the best diving outfit I've even seen or heard of. I was only planning on dicing once but will try to do more this trip. The highest quality equipment, including underwater scooters (pics below)! Super comfortable diving boat with an excellent captain (David). Service is top notch, with Garrett and Steve taking care of us like we were family. I've dived all around the US, Caribbean and South America and have to say this is the best exprience ever. The quality and attention to detail are very comforting, so a great place for new divers too.
