We Were disappointed. The meeting point where his bike tour place was closed. I made all attempts to call and chat with no response. I even called The 702 number for Viators, and that number was not working. What I do not understand is why we received a confirmation and voucher through Viators if the tour was not available. Poor communication. I am expecting a full refund from Viators.

The tour guide did not show up, the hostel where the meeting point is was permanently closed. Extremely disappointing. This is definitely not a running tour anymore, I wish companies would check first what they advertise. I requested a refund from Trip Advisor and I am hoping that it will be solved quickly.

Bike tour with Ko was a lot of fun. He is quite knowledgeable and a fun person to hang out with. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting Osaka for the first time. BTW, we stopped at one of the best melon ice cream places in Osaka!

A great part of vacations is not just the places you visit, but the connections you make. Ko and I had a great time enjoying several sites within Osaka along with interesting knowledge and back stories. The thing that made it special though was our conversations throughout the entire time. Ko is a great tour guide and even better guy. Honest, open hearted, spoke perfect english, stopped and got some good snacks and had a great bonding time as well. We're even friends on FB now! Would definitely recommend and will hit him up whenever we visit Osaka/Kyoto again.

We had been looking for adventurous activities to do with our teenage daughters and found Osaka Bike Tour. Our guide Ko, was so great and knowledgable about the city and all its history and areas. The bike ride was an easy 15km, with stops along the route. It was a really great way to explore Osaka and see parts of the city we may have otherwise missed. I highly recommend for adventurous individuals and families with older kids. You will not be disappointed!
