Did this tour with friends over a long weekend. It was a fun and fascinating tour, watching the oil-making production and tasting the varied oils in Switzerland’s oldest functioning mill. The private wine tasting was also fun. Tasted over 6 wines from the region and also hear lots of stories and wine techniques from our host Marc and the winemaker Catherine. Marc is a superb host and makes us all feel welcome and communicates the themes of the experience well. High recommend.
