The tour was super easy to set up. The meeting place is right by the tourist office and several people were on hand to make sure that we were placed in the right group. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Our guide was Jesus - he was leading the English tour. The information he gave was very interesting - he gave just the right amount of information for our two usually disinterested teenagers. A lovely visit all in all.

La visite devait durer 75 minutes ... elle a duré 50 minutes assez expéditive ! décevant! Le guide nous attendait à la sortie des pièces sans détailler certaines oeuvres devant lesquelles nous nous arrêtions alors que nous avion du temps !!! Celui ci est arrivé en retard il aurait été appréciable qu'il fasse au moins la totalité du temps. Début visite 13H (avec un peu de retard) fin de la visite 13H50 !! bref sinon l Alcazar est magnifique

Amazing tour guide. Very informative and was fiberglass friendly. Had a really great time The palace is Sevilla’s highlight. So Beautiful. It’s also a must see for all Game of Thrones fans

El guía muy amable y con bastantes datos interesantes. Nos metieron junto al grupo que visitaba posteriormente la Catedral. El recorrido no era completo por lo que nosotros nos quedamos un buen rato en el Alcázar después de terminar el tour. Aquellos que compraron el ticket para visita al Alcázar y la Catedral creemos que se perdieron gran parte de la experiencia, pues no pudieron ver las zonas que quedaron fuera de la visita guiada ya que tenían que salir rápido hacia la Catedral.

Tour organizzato malissimo, nessuna informazione sul luogo di ritrovo, praticamente 34€ buttati via. La guida è arrivata con 10' di ritardo e ha dato informazioni di basso livello per circa 30 minuti, poi ci hanno fatti uscire perché stava chiudendo. É sicuramente meglio prendere un'audioguida.
