I couldn't find the place and they provided no way to contact for clarification. I put the address provided in my Google maps as directed and it kept saying I arrived at the location that wasn't clear . No clear signs or visible addresses just a bunch of houses on hills that looked like private property and some look abandoned. I arrived 30 minutes early just in case I got lost and that still didn't help. I'm out $125 dollars for an experience I couldn't locate. I'm going another tour today and this place is much more professional . The listing they send you after they book provides you with clear instructions and phone numbers to contact. Would love to know if this is an actual company or not... I ended up at Sapodillo Bay where there's all type of rentals available on site and the vibe was amazing.

First of all, the Chalk Sound was cancelled and we were given the tour of Mangrove Kayak. The place itself was great but the experience was not very pleasant. The guide (Duffy) left us half way through and asked us to go with someone else. The enthusiasm got half right then. Also, He took some videos and photos of us but were never sent to us. We saved this particular activity for the last day as we wanted to take the best memory home but, we felt like we made the mistake by choosing this. Won’t go anymore or recommend anyone unless they change the guide . Waste of money and lost memories.

They canceled the tour and no other optional day to take the tour.. I hope they reimbursed the money to my bank account

My husband and I did the Chalk Sound tour and had such a great time! Khadaffi called the day before to reschedule it for a better (less windy) day, and we're glad he did. Gorgeous day, absolutely beautiful water, fun conversation, lots of iguanas, an overall great experience. He also took many photos and videos and shared them with us after. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous kayak tour on a truly scenic glimmering water expanse. Our guide Khadaffi was fun, knowledgeable and always attentive to our needs as well as being a great photographer!!!
