Trotz vorheriger Buchung und Bestätigung standen wir und weitere Gäste umsonst am Treffpunkt. Kein Tourguide erschien. Auf telefonische Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass wir doch den späteren Termin nutzen sollten. Das ist mehr als frech. Nie wieder!

Went on the 2 hour Prague Castle tour, led by Bianca, which was amazing.
The only tour my partner and I have done on our holiday so far, and I'm glad we picked this one to do.
Super informative and interesting, didn't get bored at all which is major for me.
The only downfall was how cold it was on the day, but it was definitely worth it!

Bianca did a great job! She has shown interest in the group and told interesting stories (with a good sense of humour).
We really appreciated the advice she gave to us for the rest of our stay in Prague.
I found going to the castle by tram a little unnecessary but can see the point of it as some/ many may prefer not to walk the stairs.
