The first thing my spouse and I do whenever we visit a new city is a bicycle tour. It's the best way to see a city. This seemed like a fun tour for our Quebec City trip. We were really looking forward to it. We booked the tour on Friday for the next day and got a confirmation email and text. Perfect! When we showed up at the shop the next morning at 9am for the tour, no one there knew what we were talking about, despite electronic confirmations we were booked. There were 2 gentlemen working there who were going off on different tours and couldn't provide me with an explanation as to what happened other than the tour we booked wouldn't be happening. The employees were really older guys and the setup didn't inspire much confidence compared to literally any other bicycle tour we've been on in other cities. After leaving empty handed, I received a phone call from the owner apologizing, advising when he left the day before, he didn't see our booking. While I appreciate his apology, it'

Our family of 5, including a 21 yo and 2 teenagers loved this tour. We got some exercise in the sunshine while enjoying a ferry ride across the St Lawrence river to Levis then a 20km bike ride along a very picturesque path. Our guide Paul was very accommodating, knowledgeable and generous with sharing his knowledge about the beautiful ‘European’ city of Quebec. Highly recommend for families with older children.

Nous avons loué 4 vélos standards. Deux pour ma conjointe et moi et deux pour mes enfants. On prend le temps de vérifier que chaque vélo est bien adapté à chacun ainsi que les casques. Nous acons été bien conseillé pour le parcours. Nous avons fait quelques kilomètres le long du fleuve et ensuite vers la rivière St-Charles. Le vendeur a été bien flexible sur la durée de la location (quand la situation le permet j'imagine). Les vélos et les casques étaient en bon état.
