Great tour. Andrea is a great guide, she knows a lot. The tequila was amazing and the breakfast and the lunch were also very good.

Andie is an amazing guide. With a degree in chemistry and a Master’s in tequila/agave studies, she was amazingly knowledgeable about every aspect of tequila. The tour was brilliantly structured, with training in the different scents to experience as well as a food pairing (that included spicy crickets!) I came away from this feeling like I really learned a lot. Andie was also completely fun and charming, choosing great places for lunch and breakfast and generally being a super conversationalist throughout the whole day (9 hour tour). I should add that the artisanal tequilas were amazing. I’ll never think about tequila in the same way again.

Fantastic tour. Highly recommended—honestly, take no other tour if you want to taste great tequila and learn about how it’s made and how to really determine what sort of tequila you like. My guide, Andie, had real expertise in the science of producing tequila. Her tour was brilliant—a component where you learned to detect different scents and a tasting component. She was also super nice and fun.

Everything was great from the moment we got picked up by Andy. She was super nice and knowledgeable and made sure we never got to the point of being too hungry which to me was one of the highlights. I mean the actual tequila we tried was amazing. I went from not knowing anything about to actually know that I prefer “extra añejo”… but this whole experience went way beyond my expectations with the great food we had all day. The food was unbelievable good, I totally over did it… you know how it feels to be hungry and see that the guacamole is served and waiting for you when you get to the restaurant? I almost cried! Andy and this tour get 6 stars!

The tour was informative and fun. We had a nice group of 9 people in a comfortable van. We learned a lot about the tequila making process, and sampled many tequilas. The first stop- Casa de Oro was the more interesting. Mondse was a knowledgable, personable, and patient guide who made the day fun. Her English was excellent. The food at the breakfast and lunch stops were both very good and tasty. The tour also went the extra mile to send an Uber to pick us up and drop us off since we were not staying close to any of the usual pick up points. Definitely a worthwhile expenditure!
