We had a really great day. Mark arrived on time in a nice Mercedes-Benz van. He is very polite and friendly and very well suited for this type of work. Also a bit of an expert at getting great photo shots if you need that. We did everything described and more. Some people cancelled so only 3 of us on the tour. He seemed quite knowledgeable, answered all our questions anyway. No hesitation in recommending him and this tour. Be ready for a full day.

Are you staying in Auckland and you want to explore its surroundings? Then Mark is just the guy you are looking for. I went on a tour to Piha with Mark and we hiked along a little track with spectacular views of the west coast, we went to a waterfall and went for a dip in a natural pool. All this before even going to Piha Beach. And it was great that we left early, because all these places were not that busy yet at that time. Once we arrived in Piha, we got some snacks at the local cafe, relaxed at the Beach and those who were keen could climb up Lion Rock, go for a dip, try surfing, etc. On the way back we enjoyed the views over the city from the Waitakere Ranges and stopped at a great little brewery / beer garden before finishing off in Devenport. All in all, Mark is a great tour guide with knowledge about all of New Zealand as he has been working as a tour guide all over the place before. His tours are fun and chill and occasionally he's giving you some fun facts about the places

This tour was exactly what we were looking for but even better than expected. It was awesome! Mark was fabulous. He did everything to endure we had a great time and even threw in some unexpected extras. We appreciated having him make the tour so wonderful. Don't miss out on this tour. You won't be disappointed.

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but these guys really do deserve one. I recently moved to NZ knowing only a couple of people and not having my own transport. I googled day tours one day and go wander popped up. The Piha trip stood out for me because I liked all the stops along the way. You got some cool waterfalls, black sand beach, local brewery with good food, amazing views of the city and got to get the ferry back to Auckland as the sun was dropping. Mark (driver) was such a nice guy. His knowledge of the areas was excellent and you could tell he was passionate about what he does. He had a very relaxing nature about him which but us at ease from early on. Everything ran on time from pick up to us getting the ferry back to Auckland city. We had enough time at each place to take in the views and snap some cool photos. The highlight for me was climbing lion rock and sitting at the top taking in the amazing views. I plan to do more of there trips in the next few weeks. I
