All of our expectations were exceeded! This was a great introduction to the intricacies of sake, and our guide Aki was an incredible sommelier that navigated us through each type and I could not recommend it more!

Aki was an amazing host and very knowledgeable. My friend and I had a private tasting and had a great time. Our Tokyo trip would not have been complete without this experience and now we can knowledgeably choose which sake to choose and bring home. We will be going home with over our liquor limit since we fell in love with sake. We had all kinds of sake from cold to warm from 80% stipulation to 50% or less. If you're curious about the sake culture don't hesitate to do this tasting.
