Friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. Alexander was great. Plenty of rum and water available. We went to the mountain that overlooked the land and water. We experienced authentic Dominican cuisine. Our walking tour consisted of the rum factory, pink street and umbrella lane.

Went on this excursion on 9-24-2021. I was on a cruise so had to meet them outside the port area. It is about a 10-12 minute walk to the road but they had a clearly marked sign and give you directions on how to find them. Carlos was very knowledgeable about everything and answered all questions with a smile and he is so much fun! There was unlimited Coke and Rum or Sprite and Rum served during the tour. He made sure we saw all the sights and gave us time to take pictures and walk around, we never felt rushed. We even got to witness a wedding when we went to Kaffe Restaurant for our lunch and we were invited by the couple to take part and take pictures with them. This just shows the kindness of the people of Puerto Plata. I enjoyed everything about this excursion and it was totally because of Carlos. He is a joyful person and a pleasure to get to know. I am telling everyone I know about this excursion,

A fun filled day! Alex the great was awesome. They made sure the rum kept coming lol. Beautiful sites and lunch was awesome!! Thank you again for great memories

Our tour guide, Alexander, was so knowledgeable and friendly he made our tour absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Plata.

Such a fun excursion to learn about Puerto Plata! Our guide Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about the city and made the tour so much fun! So many different activities and stops to fill your day. Definitely worth it! Also Carlos and maximo (our driver) took good COVID safety precautions and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!!
