The young lady, Lindsay I believe her name was, who was our tour guide, was very compelling, very nice and a great storyteller! They take you on a 90 minute walking tour of the old city. They take you to the old apothecary, the prince of Wales Hotel, the old angel in, and down to the gazebo at the lakefront across from Fort Niagara to name a few. Educational and fun!

We were to have our tour on Sunday but when rain was forecast we asked to change to Saturday. Our guide was very accommodating. We had a lovely time on the walking tour and learned so much history about Niagara on the Lake. Our guide Lily was born and raised there and had so many interesting stories and gave us so much historical information! We would recommend this tour of Niagara on the Lake to anyone who would like a relaxing day in an absolutely beautiful little village.

Our guide, Lily was very knowledgeable about the city. She took what could have been a dry history lesson and made it speak to us in every corner of the town we visited. We were impressed with knowledge that spoke to me and that we were interested in. She was very personable.

Although the guide was very knowledgeable , I was disappointed in how little we actually walked. While I understand that there may have been some people attending the tour that were unable to keep up, I would have flight coveringA lot more territory than the one block we went through. Also we were taking through a cemetery which I thought was a little creepy. In addition, while advertised on the website as doing a wine tasting at the end of the tour, This actually never happened. We were given cards that gave us complementary tasting at a store selling wine that was located nearby. However, when we went to the location, We were told that those cards were no longer in use and had not been since March 2020

I felt like the guide slammed the United States which was extremely unnecessary. Each person can have their views but the continuous jabs to the United Stated got very old very fast. I would absolutely not recommend this tour. The tour stopped for long periods of time to talk about nothing. Not much of a walking tour.
