Weather was questionable and tour boat guide was flexible about waiting to see if the sprinkling rain would pass. Jim and Jess were kind, helpful, and informative. We saw beautiful birds and iguanas. A few gators but since the sun was not out so too many of them. Loved the private tour! Would definitely do it again.

We arrived about 20 minutes early and Jim, our guide and pilot was there waiting for us and approached us. This made it easy to get going and started the conversation with Jim. He felt like a friend after only a moment ot two. He started the tour early and even gave us an extra 10 minutes. We really liked the personalized tour that lasted an hour and 40 minutes. There were only the three of us but his boat has a maximum of 7 passengers, so even a full boat would still be a personalized tour. The tour was a balance of high speed "wind I your hair" and slow and even stopping for interesting talk about features of the tour. Even though it was not the best time of year for alligator sightings, we saw 4 gators and lots of birds and a turtle or two. This was a fantastic experience and we highly reccomend Swamp Monster and Jim for a one of a kind look at the everglades! Thanks Jim!

Captain Jim was excellent at showing us the thrill of riding an airboat, teaching us about the Everglades, and helping us to see and understand the alligators and other animals! Worth every dollar! Highly recommend the first tour of the day. Water was like glass and we never saw another airboat!
