Fun captain knowledgeable very patient with first time snorkelers. The island was amazing the sound the same the phone I could go on and on and on the rum punch the sightings of dolphins oh my goodness this is a must do and I will be back

My brother and I booked a snorkeling afternoon tour. We saw beautiful fish and the wonderful caption even allowed us to play our own music. Everything was enjoyable despite two mistakes. Although we booked and paid for the tour the day before, just as we were leaving the workers in the office called the captain and told him that our card didn’t go through. Then they proceeded to ask me for my credit card information over the phone in front of the entire boat for us to leave. This was very uncomfortable and I felt forced to do this so I wouldn’t inconvenience the entire boat by having to go back on land. Secondly after requesting vegetarian sandwiches for my brother and I, our sandwiches were given to guest that requested meat and we were left with no sandwich that was supposed to be included. This was very disappointing and put a hamper on our experiences as we had to watch everyone else enjoy their food. This tour was nice but little details did effect this experience

The guides Que and JJ are a lot of fun and gave an awesome tour! Provenciales is such a beautiful island with amazing beaches but the view from the water is spectacular!! Seeing the crystal clear blue water (Que promises 50 shades and delivers) up close is breath taking! Iguana Island is incredibly unique with its naked branches and rock formations. The iguanas are quite tame and not threatening at all.:) The sunset from the water was everything. There was also great music and we had a dance party (the delicious rum punch helped :))! I felt young and wild and free!

We booked this trip through our hotel, just with the expectation of some snorkeling and sights. What we got was amazing snorkeling, fantastic sights, a visit to half moon bay to see the two seas and some iguanas, and in addition, such a fun unexpected afternoon. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Captain Tino and his crew, were so much fun to be around, everyone else on board also seemed to have an amazing time, and the trip ended with a sunset dance party. Great times!

We booked through our hotel less than 24 hours before the trip. My husband got ill that morning and was going to try to go but the gal said that he could go a different time or get a refund or pick another event. So he did not go and I went with other people we were traveling with. The next day (today) when we went to get a refund or reschedule they said that the owner of CAICOS DREAM TOURS would not allow it. I reached out to them directly and they also told me they would not allow it. It had to be an act of God. So if everything goes good you may have good luck- but if some thing doesn’t they’re not good to work with!!! Now about the trip. The staff on board was great. Be prepared to spend an hour of your trip picking people up at hotels and dropping them off. This is the portion that called “Cruising Grace Bay “ lol. Eat before you come.
