We took one full day tour including the elephant training, whisky village, nice lunch and the water fall walk. All very organized and great, but the most wonderful experience was the elephant training where you can receive a certificate after you complete it. They taught us some basic words and how to direct the elephants, and then we rode on the elephant without any benches or chairs which is such a unique and interesting experience!!!!! After that we washed them in the river and had a bath with them in the Mekong river. Such a wild and natural experience!! It was such a precious experience to get to know the elephants wild life which was so different from any other elephants rides. I would strongly recommend this tour, and please help them to support the elephants natural lives!!!

We went a full day excursion with excellent guide Somsak, saw the beautiful Kuang Si Falls, then visited a village and tried some laos whisky, then a lovely lunch was provided within the scenic elephant sanctuary followed by a trek through the jungle with the elephants and a trip in the river, with a boat ride home. A lovely day in all and a great way to see the sights of laos as well as support the work of the elephant sanctuary.
