ItineraryWe'll take a breathtaking ocean ferry ride to an island and spend a few hours exploring old-growth forests, waterfalls, and wildlife. The highlight is of course the fall colors and fallen leaves at this time of year. Your tour is a picture-perfect way to experience Canada’s nature, while learning the basics of landscape photography. With plenty of one-on-one instruction, you will learn to take amazing photos whether you’re packing the latest DSLR or a camera phone. All levels of hikers and types of cameras are welcome.Bowen Island, a 20 min ferry ride from Vancouver - is home to a variety of wildlife, galleries and shops. The ferry ride alone is breathtaking, with gorgeous views of Howe Sound and islands. Details on what to wear and bring along for the tour will be provided, but comfortable shoes and clothing, water and snacks are recommended. We had a great experience with Nafees! From the hotel pickup to the ferry ride to the amazing tour and photography tips! It was a fun way to learn something new, get some exercise in, and meet new people. Nafees was wonderful to learn from and had lots of amazing travel and photography stories to share. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Vancouver!

If you're looking for a great first trip to Bowen Island, look no further. We had a lovely time wandering the trails, learning about the basics of photography, and exploring the town!
Nafees is a wonderful guide - incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us tips of his favourite spots on Bowen Island and was super accommodating about how we spent the day. Highly recommend!

I really loved the whole trip! It was an amazing experience starting when we met to take the bus to the ferry. He was really friendly but also professional, always giving golden nuggets along the way. He is really knowledgeable, both in photography and hiking, he always check if you are doing well, makes sure that you have enough water during the hike and takes you to some amazing spot for photos.
I will definitely book more tours with him!
