We were a party of 4 senior citizens on a 12 day comprehensive trip of Taiwan. Mrs. Donna Chen and her colleagues have done their utmost to show us the beauty of the island. Trip well organized and timed, allowed for our advanced age and abilities. Donna and her colleagues are very knowledgeable and intelligent, they succeeded in making our journey a success. My family visited Taiwan from 17 to 22 Dec and Donna was our tour guide. She was excellent and her service was superb. At all times, she was helpful, polite and fun. She was very patient with us - we were a mix of young people, old folks and kids. She recommended many interesting places to visit yet she was flexible with our requests. She spoke excellent Chinese and English. My family had a great time. We would highly recommend Donna as a tour guide for anyone planning to visit Taiwan.

Donna was referred to us by a friend in Singapore so we decided to engage her for our 1-week trip in Dec. The itinerary covered both the outskirts of Taiwan & Taipei city which made is extremely thorough and well-done. Donna was a very dedicated & passionate tour guide. With her bubbly & amiable personality, she connected well to my 3 children right away. Her positive energy really make a difference to our 1st ever Taiwan trip, including making sure we were happy with the choice of routes & making recommendations on good shops to patronize & delectable local food to try. We would recommend her to all our friends without hesitation. Thanks Donna for leaving us with such a good impression of Taiwan & making our Taiwan trip a memorable one!
