Traveler Reviews

Although it is hard to believe these days, bicycles once ruled the roads in Taipei. Bicycle is a great way to see the city. This 4-Hour cycling tour will take you many places you probably would not otherwise see. By the way, it's not dangerous if you keep your wits about you and avoid crazy drivers.. I rode everywhere in Taipei for several years and came to no harm.

Whether you're in Taipei for one day, one week or one month do this tour to get an overview, a feel and some history of the city; well worth doing. During the summer heat & humidity the 4 hour morning tour is probably sufficient but during cooler weather the full day tour might be better. Alex, the tour guide, has enthusiasm & knowledge about the city & Chinese history but a relaxed manner. Remember to bring sunscreen or a sun hat, I didn't and suffered slight sunburn. Well recommended.

Very worthwhile. Bicycles easy to ride and well maintained. Interesting sights, good commentary, friendly guides.

This was my favorite sightseeing adventure in all of Taipei. Alex is very personable and knowledgable. Every place we visited was supplemented with a ton of interesting information about Taiwan's history. I strongly recommend this tour.

What a fun experience! Loved getting to see Taipei by bicycle and our guide Alex was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions throughout the tour. Loved getting to try the traditional breakfast foods – the stuffed rice ball was my favorite! Alex and his business partner also got traditional Taiwanese pineapple cakes for us to try at the end to celebrate a couple of birthdays in our group, so that was a treat as well. Would recommend to anyone!
