Traveler Reviews

We did a Sunset cruise and snorkelling with Seahorse and they were both really fun, well organised and professional trips.

The sunset tour was a great way to see some sites in Nassau while enjoying the sunset. Food was good too. Would reccomend

My husband and I booked this tour through Trip Advisor, to the tune of $146.00 for two adults. Our reservation was for a tour starting at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 30, 2019, and the confirmation document indicated that we should be at the departure point by 10:45 a.m. We got there by 10:15. And waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, at 11:35 or so, my husband called Seahorse Sailing Adventure, and was promptly informed that the departure time on our reservation confirmation was an error on the part of Trip Advisor, that they ran only one tour in the morning, and that it had departed at 10:00 a.m. I am now trying to get a refund for this tour that never happened, and find it baffling that Trip Advisor cannot be reached by phone to deal with such issues. I did submit a query via their website. I will also contact the tour operator via e-mail to see what the deal was. Note that we also spent $52.00 on cab fares to get to the tour departure point and back to our hotel.

We didn't know what to expect on this tour but turns out it was fun and informative. The "sea" part of the tour with Chris as our guide was definitely the most enjoyable part of the excursion. Seahorse was organized at the pier and our excursion was not crowded so there were plenty of seats on the catamaran both in sun and shade. Drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) were served prior to departure and refills were available. After touring around the island by boat, we were transferred to an air conditioned van. We stopped for 20 minutes at a fort that you had to pay extra to go inside so we just hung out waiting for the next stop since there wasn't enough time to see anything. We were driven to Atlantis where we could walk the shopping mall or go to the casino. Again there wasn't much time to do anything except worry about missing the van back to the ship. Several times we were told we would be left behind if we were at all late. The only thing I have against Seahorse is that I booked t

My family and I thought the Land and Sea Tour was a great choice and are glad to have sailed with Seahorse Sailing. Given the limited mobility of one of my family members, I was initially concerned about the pick up from the deck of the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal. However, our knowledgeable tour guide, Chris, reassured our safety and helped us to feel comfortable. There were lots of laughs and fun facts shared about the island. We enjoyed the ride. Chris, thanks for the hospitality!
