We researched and found a few similar tours but decided to go with this based on the itinerary despite the price being higher than the others.
Five minutes after we boarded the coach, one of the passengers screamed out that her daughter and a friend were left behind (they didn’t board the bus). I know this is not the tour operator’s fault entirely but it still begs the question, why weren’t the number of passengers counted? For a tour group with more than 40 people, would have thought the tour operator would take the responsibility to ensure the entire party are on.
We were informed in advance that the boat to the USS Arizona Memorial wouldn’t be running due to security issue at the dock. Due to the Navy shutting down the dock at the Arizona our trip was cut by three hours! I feel that in lieu of cutting the trip by three hours just to closing of the dock the trip time should have stayed the same amount of time and just allowed additional time to enjoy The attractions at Pearl Harbor. We didn’t have enough to really enjoy all the museums and fully view all there was to view. Shelly was great and very informative and knowledgeable it was a great tour other then reduced time in my opinion

We were rushed in and out. No time to see anything. If we had found anything in the gift shop the lines were too long to wait, we would have missed the bus. Didn't get to see the submarine or the Missouri. they were showing some films on the lawn but didn't have time to even look at those. I would not take this tour again, would take a taxi and see very thing at my own pace.
