Our driver is so knowledgeable. He explained everything so greatly. For my daughter it was so informative and enjoyable tour. looking forward to see more places with this tour company. Strongly recommended

Our least positive experience during our recent trip to London; we were picked up (late) by a driver who, after asking us to put on our seat belts, then drove us for an hour and forty minutes without saying a word. We didn't know where we were going, we didn't know if and when we would get a tour guide; just silence. We finally picked up the tour guide, who lived near Stratford and didn't want to come into the city to be with us for the first hour and forty minutes. The driver was overly aggressive and made people nervous (tailgating, driving fast). The van had a terrible ride over bumpy highways. The tour guide finally engaged us, but nothing to get to know us or show any interest in us at all and continued to use a "trivia game" approach (e.g. asking us questions that we didn't know so that he could supply us with the answer). A fantastic day, both the guide and driver were great. I thoroughly enjoyed the information and history shared by the guide, who offered many suggestions and encouraged any questions anyone had on the tour. I did this trip alone and found it perfect to see what I wanted in Stratford upon Avon, the cotswolds and Oxford in an easy manner. Would highly recommend.

Everything was spectacular from the ease of the meeting point to the sights. Tour guide James/ Darren and the driver really good. Bus was clean and comfortable. The places we went were great. Plenty of time at each location. Well done guys.
