Great time visiting Lake Chapala on our half day tour. Our tour guide Bernice was very knowledgeable and interested in history of the people and the architecture of the buildings that’s surround the lake. That made the tour that much better. She was well spoken and took the time to answer any of our questions We enjoyed having lunch in the town of Chapala and walking through the quaint and relaxing streets of Ajijic. It was also very cool to be able to stop by and visit the ranch of the famous Mexican singer Vicente Fernández. I’ve been listening to his music since I was a kid.

This was a last minute trip, but I am glad we did it. We were picked up at our hotel in a mini bus. Just 8 of us. Visited the largest cowboy store in Mexico. Huge stock. A tequila factory, which was u fortunately all in Spanish, but we were able to go through the manufacturing process, see the storage barrels and taste about a dozen different tequilas. Then we drove to a restaurant close to Jocotopec right on the lake. Excellent seafood and a 15 minute boat trip thrown in. Wandered around the variety of stalls in Chapala and were picked up again for the trip home. A good day. Thank you

Fue un paseo muy agradable, la primera parada fué al rancho de Vicente Fernández y su tienda de artículos en muy buen precio, la segunda parada el restaurante el carnal, atentos, musica y comida tipica muy rica precios razonables, la tercera parada fue un paseo en lancha de 15 min, suficientes por la laguna de Ajiji, Chapala, descubrí que los gringos la aprecian mas que los Méxicanos..jaja...ya veras por que... La ultima parada fué en el malecón, es realmente hermoso, limpio y muchas artesanías hermosas gente muy amable, unas paletas de leche super ricas , la vista del malecón, los musicos , Una experiencia única...

We brought us to lake Chapala and the town of Aijic. Only 2 on the tour this day and guide was pleasent. Was more like transport through than a tour but company was nice and we had free time in both places.
