Traveler Reviews

I loved the entire adventure. The guides were professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to try the ATV and horseback riding and more....

Great staff, awesome course concluding with an invigorating plunge. Tandem lines, especially #4 where I won a dinner bet, were fun and beyond! The staff worked so well together from the checkin to the farewell. Facilities were well maintained just wish we had brought a towel down to the waterfall. Everything else was provided for us. And the box lunch was actually good especially after a morning of zipping through the hills and trees. The views were wonderful although I saw most of them in reverse- never did figure out that stop spin trick. Would do this again in a minute even thinking about rebooking during this stay.

Beautiful location and an activity to check off our bucket list. Highly recommend for a family of all ages.

This excursion was the highlight of our trip to the Big Island. We were traveling with a group of 7, ages 8 to 70. The guides were skilled, relaxed and encouraging. Everyone in our group felt at ease and some of us even conquered fears of heights! What a gorgeous and fun way to see the beautiful Hilo Jungle and the incredible Umauma falls. We loved the dip after the zip. It rained on us in the morning during the zip, but by the time we had eaten lunch and arrived at the falls, the sun was out and hot. The pool was cold and refreshing! We had the absolute best day!

We had a great experience for my family on 11/22/21. We did the 9 line Zip and Dip. I thought the group was a bit big,(21 people- a big girls scout group was with us)but my family stayed towards the back and we were the last ones to zip each time. Line two was our favorite! Our guides were awesome and friendly. Mahalo John, Shay and Pogg. The dip portion was great and refreshing also. Rusty helped us all get in and out of the water and was so friendly. The lunch that was provided was a basic white bread sandwich, chips, juice and water. If you’ve got a picky eater make sure you bring supplemental snacks for them. Get there early to check in, use restrooms and enjoy the beautiful grounds. It took us 1 hour 20 mins from the Marriot in Waikoloa beach.
