Ugh. Everything was going well until we actually got to Pearl Island. We were told by the crew to go to a particular spot to sign up for our snorkeling time slot. A few minutes later another guest came up and said, “You guys know snorkeling is canceled, right?”
As it turns out, they’d canceled it due to the water being choppy. Now, this is TOTALLY understandable - safety first - but nobody bothered to tell us! Someone mentioned they were told they’d get refunded the amount of snorkeling, but we couldn’t find any staff to confirm this. We did eventually find a woman who was very nice and a few of us told her the only reason we were there was to snorkel, and she managed to track down the management for us.

This was a great excursion and run really well. You got to do some introductory snorkeling and spent a lot of time on the beach doing water activities. It’s a beautiful island. Overall, I would highly recommend.

The island was small enough to be able to experience everything we wanted, but big enough that we had plenty of space to spread out from other people. It was a short boat ride over then free to do what ever we wanted with a scheduled buffet lunch and snorkel. The lunch was great. Only wish was the snorkeling didn't require a life vest, but understand why it does.

The food was awesome as was the location. Really like the tour guide on the trip back to Nassau and all of the information about Nassau he was able to tell us.

We book the excursion last minutes… the boat wasn’t on time due to a technique problem but otherwise everything was PERFECT… snorkeling couldn’t happen due to weather but the guide was so nice.
Food was good.
But best part is the people we met during this excursion…
