ItineraryYour instructor will walk you and the group from the store to the private oceanfront lawn. Enjoy the sound of music and ocean waves as your skilled instructor will guide you through traditional hatha yoga postures such as sun salutation and warrior two, meditation, and breathwork. This one hour class focuses on increasing endurance and clearing the mind, creating a feeling of calm and balance. Yoga mat rentals available unless you bring your own mat.
