We are trying to arrange pickup from another island resort, wondering how to make arrangement, Customer Service simply pushed me to ask my resort to support. Leave us no choice but pushed the date to Sunday to accommodate the pickup. When making arrangement, realised only selective locations have free pickup which not clearly indicated in the web. Cave is closed on Sunday, not clearly indicated in the web. We went on Sunday although we were told prior to they accept change confirmation, we have no choice as that is the only day left before end our trip, they didn't refund nor replace with other itinerary, Conclusion, we paid more but view less, still have to pay for own transport to Nadi Airport to take seaplane. Caused us alot inconvenience.

This was such an exceptional experience overall. They picked us up from our hotel and the checkin process at the airport was super easy and we got on the Sea Plane. The pilot Nick was very nice and provided an overall great experience for our first time on a Sea Plane. I have been on small planes before and I was so surprised how smooth the ride was. It was not like any small plane I have been on before. It was very enjoyable and the views were incredible. The landing was also super smooth. We got off the plane onto a boat that took us to Nanuya Resort. It is just stunning. The nicest most welcoming people you will ever meet. After we checked in we got in a boat for a beautiful ride to the caves. Our guide, Moses, was above and beyond exceptional. We were nervous about swimming under the water to get into the 2nd cave, but he was so re-assuring and so helpful and walked us through it several times and made us feel so comfortable. Without him I don't think I would have done

Checked in Nadi Domestic for 8am departure on Amphibious Turbo Otter - friendly check in - like everywhere in Fiji - fantastic views up to Nanuya Island Resort (where they filmed Blue Lagoon) with pilot Desmond - where we were welcomed with drinks and several resort staff in a welcome song. Beautiful boat trip (1/2 hour) up to cave area where we swam and explored (1 hr or so). Back to Nanuya for excellent lunch and afternoon snorkeling and swimming then return to Nadi with pilot Craig (I think). Worth every penny - a fantastic day all round - highly recommended - wonderful people and gorgeous scenery.

I would highly recommend this tour. The day starts with a seaplane to the island , the views from the plane are incredible ! One you get to the island you are welcomed, have a drink and then go on a boat trip to another island where you get off the boat and go into the cave ! The cave was so beautiful and we were able to swim through to a second smaller cave. After this we got to snorkel around the island . Then we returned back for lunch ( which was really tasty ) and had some down time before the plane arrived for the journey back to Nadi . Overall we had a perfect day and I would definitely recommend this tour if you are looking to see more of Fiji !!!

We came as a family of 6 - ages 6-68. Sea plane was fabulous and thrilling, then to boat to resort for snorkel equipment then to boat again for 30-40 minute very wet trip to small island and caves (it was pouring and ocean was quite choppy). Then, walk on rocks barefoot to very slippery stairs down into first cave which is beautiful. Next was a 5 second under water passage to get to second cave which is dark but guides have flashlights. I didn’t know I had claustrophobia until I was in here and couldn’t get out fast enough. My daughter, SIL and kids loved it! After our return by boat to the lodge for a delicious lunch, the sea plane picked us up for our return. A truly remarkable day! Kudos to the pilot (I believe his name is Paul) and the entire staff at the resort who went to the caves with us. The boat driver had his hands full in the choppy water. Also, thanks to the 4-5 men who were our guides and my lifesavers in the caves!
