This is an unpaved and somewhat bumpy trail frequented by off-road vehicles and local fisherman. It is not recommended for rental cars/jeeps due to the ruggedness, however ATVs can traverse it safely with very little trouble and is suitable for beginners.Stop At: Ka‘alu‘alu Bay, Hawaii 96772, USAThe Ka'alu'alu bay area consists of two beautiful bays, Ka'alu'alu Bay and Paiahaa Bay. Here, locals love to fish, swim and surf! The smaller inlet at Paiahaa Bay hosts the most vibrant GREEN SAND in the world as the sand is nearly pure Olivine sand from the lava flows in the area.
