Traveler Reviews

Gabriel was a knowledgable and attentive guide. The tour was private, which meant we were picked up in a car just the four of us; perfect for these pandemic times. The boat ride in Xochimilco was incredible and super fun, and Gabriel gave us all the context and data needed to really appreciate the area, history, art and craft. Make sure to bring extra cash for tips, food and beverages, and any craft (eg flower crowns) you may fancy. Following that, we were taken to Coayatan, which I fell in love with. Plenty of opportunities to stop, including lunch. All in all, a great experience.

If in Mexico city, this is a must do! Super fun and great cultural experience. The reason for the 4 stars is the next: we were scheduled for the same day as the mexico city marathon. As tourists and when purchasing tickets for this day we had no clue there was going to be a marathon and that most of the city's streets were closed, mainly around our hotel. However, this is something the company should have planned ahead of and informed us as well. We were scheduled to be picked up around 9 am and due to street closures we ended up being picked up at 1 pm. If it wasn't for the great tour guide we had, i would have given this company 1 star due to bad planning and poor decision making in order to find a way to resolve the issue. No initiative whatsoever. I basically had to be the one to take charge and make the decision to postpone the tour until afternoon when all streets were open again so at least we wouldn't be waiting in the hotel lobby with no clear answer as to when the streets

Our guide, Manuel, was great! He was also an architect and gave a insightful history of how CDMX has changed over the last 40 years. The hotel pick up was prompt and on-time.

Tudo perfeito! Super recomendo!
