Rick the driver was amazing. He made the trip fun. Unfortunately, there were too many other issues that overshadowed 1. The bus was an old handicap bus that was clearly bought at auction. The seals in the windows we’re gone, which made it nearly impossible to see outside. 2. The restaurant food was tasty, but they were clearly not prepared to serve the 18 of us at once. The orders were mixed and drinks did not come until the end of the meal. 3. 7 hours for 5 wineries. There are wineries everywhere. We would go to one, spend 30 mins, then travel 30 + minutes to get to the next one. Too much time on the bus. We were in Niagara, and drove to Lincoln/St Catharines. The buzz was gone by the time that we would get to the next winery. Not sure if that was by design or not, but it wasn’t pleasant. 4. The last winery was closed. We were there on schedule, and no go. The wine tour was a good experience and the tour guide we had was fantastic. We had a party of 11 celebrating my birthday. The disappointing aspect was the lunch and the post tour customer service. We waited 1h and 30mins before leaving to continue the tour with no lunch served. Spent additional money at fast food restaurants. Spent over $2k on the tour and had to go back and forth with Viator for a month to be refunded the lunch we didn't receive. They only refunded us $103.99 and refused any further comp. Absolute nightmare trying to get this resolved as once the payment was received customer service ended.

We had an amazing day! Our driver Johnny went above and beyond to provide us with a unique and informative tour. All the wineries seems to appreciate seeing Johnny, dealing with CTG. Even though some other clients had cancelled their tour, and the numbers were low, our tour went on, and was even more private! Lunch was great at a bistro/wood fired eatery Eighty Eight South, clean, friendly, and patio is pleasant. Overall a great time, would recommend !

Chris was a wonderful tour guide! Funny and knowledgeable about wine. The only issue was the lunch location which was terribly slow. some members of the tour had to take their lunch to go and eat on the bus even though our lunch was preordered the day before.

The information was in point and the wine tour was excellent… our tour guide was extremely friendly…. The lunch was excellent and of course the wine was even better ??
