We had a great tour guide scenic view was wonderful at first I felt I had to keep up but then the tour guide assured everyone in the group that they can go at their own pace and every once in a while he would stop and explain the different plant life as we caught up it was enjoyable and relaxing kayaking!

My cousin and I traveled from New York and California for the first time to Kauai. We had our hotel book this vendor for a kayaking adventure. In all honesty it was not my first time on a kayak but it was definitely my cousin‘s first time. Also the type of kayak that we were given is not something that I had used before. Our so-called tour guide (Sabre) didn’t spend even 60 seconds to explain anything to anyone in our group. It felt like he was forced to be there and when I say zero guidance think less than that. Again the two of us were complete amateurs because we came with two big backpacks (which I could tell annoyed him very much) thinking we needed to have a change of outfit and water sandals with us (which was suggested by our hotel). I’ve been on many tours in many different countries… from what I understand a tour guides job is to help guide and make the experience a memorable one for the client. Maybe Sabre was having a bad day - I don’t know what happened to him but if you’r

This was a great adventure to a beautiful hike and waterfall. Our guide was Brian and he was hands down the best guide we have ever had on a tour anywhere. He called and kept us informed regarding his arrival time (we met the group at the docking area). He was relaxed, knowledgeable and kind. But most importantly we felt safe the whole time. In fact, another guide we passed on the adventure said "oh you're with Brian, he is the best guide there is." We definitely felt that. There were two people per kayak and the adventure started with kayaking up the river. It was relaxing but with the wind there was some work. We then made it to the "beach" area where we stopped to start our hike The hike is over rocks and uneven terrain. While we saw families with young children, I would advise those with physical limitations and with young children to be prepared. The river crossing is dynamic. Per our guide, the depth and flow of the river changes depending on how much rain. Because of this, I

Epic Day! We all had an amazing time. Our guide Ryker was informative and friendly. Loved everything about this adventure!

We went on the Hidden Valley trip with kayaking, hiking, swimming and visiting a waterfall. Our guide was patient, knowledgeable about the environment in the area, and did a great job making us all feel at ease. It was a wonderful outing for us when we were in Kauai. Thanks so much!
