This was my 3rd time to Zipline. My previous experiences were in Dominican Republic and Cabo San Lucas. I liked this trip for the double lines they run on this tour for our group of 6. The last run laying down was a first time for me and definitely an awesome experience. The guides were great and knowledgeable about the area. They definitely made it an awesome day!
Ryker and Ross were terrific guides. They were professional, yet funny and friendly. We are 60 - 70 year olds, and had a great time.
We did a the Kipu Ranch Zipline tour with 25 people on Kauai for a corporate retreat and had a great time! The guides were personable and accessible and had plenty of history and jokes and knowledge to share. They made an already amazing experience even better. Loved being on the river and Kipu ranch - which is such a beautiful area. Perhaps best of all, guides adapted quickly to each person's ability and skills so those who were a bit slower or nervous about things were gently encouraged but never made to feel uncomfortable - and for people who elected not to do portions of the day - they were easily accommodated with alternate options. This would be a fun day with a small group of friends, and became one of the highlights of our trip to Kauai for a company gathering. Highly recommended.
Ziplining was our last activity planned for our trip but certainly the most fun for us. This was our first time zip lining and it was a total BLAST. Riker and Melissa were super chill and funny, they made the experience a lot of fun with their knowledge, jokes, and good vibes. The zip-lines are located on the private Kipu Ranch, which is only accessible through a couple of tour companies. The land is extremely well kept and makes for an amazing environment to zip through. The zip-lining itself was a unique and exciting experience - you are flying directly over a beautiful canopy on each line.
This safari was the perfect balance of the three things our group of five wanted to do, without any one activity being so long that it became tedious. The kayak trip was about 45 minutes of paddling and not difficult. The walking trip was easy and the swimming holes were beautiful. They do require the ability to walk sure footed though. Our oldest member at 70, with some health limitations, was able to do it though slightly slower then most of the group. The group leaders were very accommodating. The steep climb was done via a wagon ride up the hill to the zip lining site. Lunch was before the zip line activity and was very good. The zip lines were great fun for all. The walk out took us to the a line with a drop into a beautiful swimming hole. The walk out was mostly level and took us back to where we had kayaked in. A motorized boat brought us back in about 20 minutes. It was a great active day but not exhausting. Our group was 32, 42, 44, 65, and 70. All of us had a great time. It w
