Overview
Guests attend our classes in our large home on a high hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Guests are provided with a booklet with all the recipes that will be created during the class. Segments of the class will be hands-on while other parts will be done via demonstration. This is a change from our previous hands-on classes that has became necessary due to COVID. However, COVID has not put a damper on the good humor, camaraderie, stories, and fantastic food that we enjoy in each class.Travel from the Port is approximately 15 minutes and the time from most other locations is quite reasonable.We are following all COVID protocols put forward by the US CDC and the Antigua Government. Consequently, masks, social distancing, multiple hand washings are required, as well as proof of a COVID vaccination and a recent test. My husband and I had an incredible time at Nicole's Table!! I cannot get over the generosity of Nicole-- allowing all of us to mess up her kitchen and try out recipes. She and her husband were very welcoming. It was a very comfortable experience and I would recommend to any traveler. Food was filling and local. Very happy chefs make for very happy food. Regarding COVID-- everyone was masked up and there was frequent hand washing. I felt very safe to that regard.

Wow! This was an incredible experience. My family and I (9 in all) were on a cruise and booked this excursion for the one day we were visiting Antigua. (We would highly recommend you book this directly through Nicole's Table as opposed to through the cruise line - we saved $75/pp by doing so, and then the cruise line ended up cancelling the excursion anyway, but we were still able to go because we had booked direct.) Nicole and her husband were so hospitable and did a fabulous job with this cooking class! Even though I am not much of a seafood eater, we did the "From the Sea" cooking course and everything was DELICOUS. The class is done at their house, which is absolutely gorgeous and has fantastic views. If we ever return to Antigua, I will not hesitate to book this again to try one of Nicole's other classes.

Nichole has a lovely venue. After cooking we ate on the veranda overlooking beautiful flowers, the island, and the sea. In the distance you could see the rain falling on the mountains. Ohhh the food! I am anxious to try the recipes. Enough to make several meals!

Really enjoyed the cooking class with Nicole. Nicole, her daughter and husband were very welcoming. My son and I had a great time! Wish I would have had time to take another class while visiting Antigua!

It was a perfect family trip (with two boys, 9 and 11 years) - we all had a lot of fun! The different courses of the menu were really delicious! And not at all complicated to cock at home. Nicole's rum punch was also super tempting - just great. We will be back on Antigua in 2 years - and most likely we will plan a cooking course with Nicole again. She is a wonderful host in her inviting home with a fantastic view!
